Throughout the entire planning process, we’ll manage the logistics so you can enjoy your engagement, feel confident in your decisions, and have fun creating your dream day. Think of us as your expert advisors, email managers, and keepers of the spreadsheets. 

We start by creating a budget for your wedding investment to guide your decisions throughout the process before collaborating to develop your bespoke design concept. Then, we’ll carefully select a team of creative partners to bring your vision to life and manage all correspondence to keep them informed. Leading up to the big day, we’ll create a detailed timeline and layout to ensure every detail is executed according to your vision. And on the day-of, our team will manage everything from start to finish, allowing you and your loved ones to be fully present during one of the most memorable days of your lives.

Full-Service Planning & Design

It’s no secret that we love pretty things (linens, florals, and tableware to name a few), and we love to curate designs that feel distinctly, unequivocally you. After all, your wedding day is a celebration of you as a couple, and every detail should reflect your one-of-a-kind love. 

We’ll work together to create a collaborative design concept including a color palette and mood board based on your personal style and vision, and we’ll develop and manage a design budget that fits your overall wedding investment. Based on the design concept, we’ll create a layout as seamless as it is stunning, provide vendor and rental recommendations, and communicate everything to our creative partners. On the day-of, we’ll manage the load in, set-up, and placement of all design details to bring the design to life.

Event Design can be booked alone or in combination with Wedding Coordination.

Details and organization are our specialty, and we love to help bring everything together for couples who have worked hard to plan their dream day. While the final months of planning can often seem the most stressful, they can also be the most joyful with a bit of extra support.

Coordination begins 60 days before your wedding day and includes three planning meetings in addition to day-of coordination. We’ll use this time prior to the big day to get to know you and your planning partners, tie up any loose ends, and gain a clear understanding of your vision. Together, we’ll review your timeline, layout, and all the final details to ensure every element is accounted for and communicated to your vendor team. Our team will then oversee your rehearsal and wedding day so you can relax and enjoy the celebration knowing that everything is executed the way you envisioned.
